When we arrived, the room smelled bad, but it had a nice balcony we enjoyed the next day. The balcony was situated above the cafeteria and bird cage.
The hotel is ideally located near Plaza de España, offering excellent rooms that are spacious with a large modern bathroom. The service, especially from the staff member at the deli/bar, is fantastic. While the location is convenient with elegant buildings around, improvements could be made to the outdoor cleanliness. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few areas for enhancement.
